Styrophor expander controller is self developed PLC with 32 opticaly separated digital inputs, 48 opticaly separated digital outputs, temprature monitoring and parameter controlled MCU based computer.

Controller monitores and controles all process parameters (depending set of process variables). There is also manual set of controll buttons (switches) - over 20 of them. All process parameters are displayed on alphanumeric 20x4 characters display. There is also RS232 and RS485 communication with PC for data acquizition, monitoring and controll of all process parameters.
